By donating funds or sponsoring our programs, you make them available to more individuals that would otherwise not be able to afford them. The more programs we have funding for, the more groups we can offer the programs to at a reduced cost, or no cost at all. Your contributions help cover transportation, materials, and the development of new programs.

These programs are available as either in-class or on the Land workshops and align with the First Peoples’ Principles of Learning.

Our cedar and other natural materials and medicines are responsibly and respectfully harvested from sustainable sources.

Your Impact

Impact on students, teachers, families, and communities

Indigenous cultural education programs have been shown to have both immediate and long-term benefits for children and Canadian society as a whole. Such cultural education programs not only benefit the children who participate in them but also contribute to the broader goal of reconciliation and cultural understanding in our shared society. These programs are a crucial step towards acknowledging and respecting the unique cultures and histories of Indigenous Peoples in Canada. Providing cultural education on the Land has additional, proven physical and mental health benefits.
